 If you’ve never tried Aloe Vera and are wary about the taste, don’t worry - Aloe Vera’s medical benefits do not diminish when mixed with other fruit juices. In fact, Aloe Vera complements the nutritional value of many fresh fruits and vegetables. Below are a few yummy but healthy Aloe Vera recipes for you to try out:

 

Aloe Vera Drinks

  Cranberry Delite

  • 3 capfuls Aloe Concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 500mls of Cranberry juice
  • splash of fresh lemon juice
  • Place ingredients in blender. 
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately in two glasses
 
 Strawberry-Honey Aloe 
  • 1 Cup of frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 juiced lemon
  • 200mls Herbalife tea
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1-2 capfuls Aloe Concentrate
  • Place in blender until smooth

Garden Green

  • 1 Cucumber 
  • 1 Apple 
  • Juice of 1 lemon 
  • 2 Capfuls Aloe Concentrate 
  • Cut cucumber and apple into pieces 
  • Place ingredients in blender. 
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add 150mls Apple Juice
 
                 Carrot-A-Licious
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Green Apples (any apples will do)
  • 1 Orange (peeled)
  • 100mls Apple Juice
  • 1-2 capfuls Aloe Concentrate
  • Place in blender until smooth

Aloe Vera Smoothies


Pineapple Paradise

  •  1 Cup Fresh Pineapple
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1-2 Capfuls Aloe Vera Concentrate
  • add Ice and place all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth

 Stress-Reliever Smoothie
  • 2 1/2 cups strawberries 
  • 1 pitted peach
  • 1 cup peach lo-fat yogurt
  • 1-2 Capfuls  Aloe Vera Concentrate
  • add Ice and place ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth 

 

Zippy Zinger

  • A small piece of Ginger (to taste)
  • 2 Carrots 
  • 2 Pears
  • Half a small Pawpaw
  • add 1-2 Capfuls Aloe Vera
  • Place in blender until smooth

           Fruity Aloe Smoothie
 
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 juiced orange
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1-2 Capfuls Aloe Vera Concentrate
  • 100mls of Fruit juice any flavor

        Fruit Der Loop

  • 1 small banana 
  • 1 small apple 
  • 1 kiwi, peeled 
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries 
  • 1 cup orange juice 
  • 100mls Skim milk 
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt  
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted peanut butter 
  • 2-3 capfuls aloe vera juice 

 

 

In a blender, combine banana, apple, kiwi, mixed berries and orange juice. Blend until smooth. Add skim milk, yogurt, peanut butter, and aloe vera juice. Blend again until well blended. Pour into glasses and serve.
