Welcome, we hope that you enjoy your shakes as much as we do, if you find that making your shake bland on water or you can't drink skim milk use diet cordial as your base, just make it as normal to your taste, you will find that this will add loads of options to your shake with heaps more flavour  without the calories.
 With Chocolate shakes you can add any one of the following orange, ( this tastes like a Jaffa, orange & chocolate) Orange & Mango, Tropical, Apple & Blackberry, Apple & Pear, Raspberry ( this is a beauty if you like the taste of Cherry Ripe.), Raspberry & Apple, even Lime and Ginger Beer Flavour just use your imagination and taste buds.                                                                               
 
Children love the extra taste using their own Cordials. Great for children who don't or won't eat Breakfast as this will give them the Perfectly balanced nurition that we need.   • 2 Scoops of Chocolate Formula 1
  • 1 or 2 Scoops of Protein Powder
  • 300 mls Water
  • 5-10 Strawberries 
  • 1 Dash of Peppermint Essence
  • Mix Ingredients

    Banana  Soyaccino

  • 2 Scoops of Chocolate Formula 1
  • 1 or 2 Scoops of Protein Powder
  • 300 mls So Good Soyaccino 
  • 1 Med Banana
  • Touch of Cinnamon to taste
  • Mix Ingredients
     Mocha Java
  • 2 Scoops of Chocolate Formula 1
  • 1 or 2 Scoops of Protein Powder
  • 300 mls Skim Milk
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Non-Fat Yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp Coffee or to Taste
  • Mix Ingredients

    Bounty Shake

  • 2 Scoops of Chocolate Formula 1
  • 1 or 2 Scoops of Protein Powder
  • 150 mls Skim Milk
  • 150 mls Lite Coconut Milk
  • 4-6 Ice Cubes

        Almond Angel

  • 2 Scoops of Chocolate Formula 1
  • 1 or 2 Scoops of Protein Powder
  • 300 mls Skim Milk
  • 15 semi-sweet choc chips
  • 1 Dash of Almond extract
  • Sweeten with non-Calorie sweetener
  • Mix Ingredients

           Banana Split Shake 

  • 2 Scoops of Chocolate Formula 1
  • 1 or 2 Scoops of Protein Powder
  • 300 mls Skim Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 5-6 Strawberries

  • 200 mls Skim Milk
  • 100 mls Water
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Scoop of Non-Fat Banana Yoghurt

           Cappuccino Shake

  • 2 Scoops of Chocolate Formula 1
  • 1 or 2 Scoops of Protein Powder
  • 150 mls Skim Milk
  • 150 mls non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1tbs instant coffee or to Taste
  • Mix Ingredients
  • Tip on Protein if your Hungry

     

     

    Remember if you get a bit hungry add more Protein to Your Shake because Protein stops Hungry, Do not eat Carbohydrates as these will not suppress your Hungry Pains.
