Banana Shake Muffin

                   Banana Shake Muffin

        3/4 Cup Vanilla Formula               1/2 Cup Skim Milk

        1/2 Cup Canola oil                          1 Cup Rolled Oats

        No Calorie Sugar Sweetener  ( Equal 1/2 Cup Sugar)

        1 1/2 Cups Self-raising flour           2 ripe Bananas                    

        1 tsp Baking Powder                        2 Eggs beaten

Preheat oven to 180c. Place muffin papers into a 12 muffin tray. Sift flour, baking powder, and Formula 1 into bowl. Add No Calorie Sweeten (equal 1/2 Cup sugar, amount varies on brand.) mix thoroughly, and make a well in the center.  In a separate bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients, and then add them to the dry mix, stir until absorbed, don't over mix. Spoon mix into muffin papers. Sprinkle tops with extra Oats.  Bake for 25-30 mins or until they spring back when touched.

Peanut Butter Slice

                Peanut Butter Slice

         1 Cup Formula 1 any Flavour       1/2 Cup Honey

         1/3 Cup Peanut Butter                   2/3 Cup Rolled Oats

         1 Cup  Rice Bubbles     

Preheat oven to 160c. Lightly grease lamington tray. Mix Rolled Oats, Rice Bubbles and Formula 1 into bowl. mix thoroughly, and make a well in the center.  In a separate bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients, and then add them to the dry mix.  Press mix into lamington tray, cook for 30-35 mins.

Apple Shake Muffin

         3/4 Cup Vanilla Formula  1    1/2 Cup Canola oil 

         1 1/2 Cups Pie Apples               1/2  tsp Baking Powder

          No Calorie Sugar Sweetener  ( Equal 1/2 Cup Sugar)

          2 Cups Self-raising flour          1 tsp Cinnamon         

          1 Cup Low Fat Vanilla Yoghurt

          2 Eggs beaten

        1/2 Cup SKim Milk                      1/2  tsp Baking Powder

        No Calorie Sugar Sweetener  ( Equal 1/2 Cup Sugar)

        2 Cups Self-raising flour              2 Eggs beaten

        4 Ripe Bananas Mashed

Preheat oven to 180c. Place muffin papers into a 12 muffin tray. Sift flour, baking powder, Cinnamon and Formula 1 into bowl. Add No Calorie Sweeten (equal 1/2 Cup sugar, amount varies on brand.) mix thoroughly, and make a well in the center.  In a separate bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients, and then add them to the dry mix, stir until absorbed, don't over mix. Strawberry Shake Muffin

              Strawberry  Shake Muffin

          3/4 Cup Berry Formula  1       1/2 Cup Canola oil 

          2 Tbsp Skim Milk                     1/2  tsp Baking Powder

          No Calorie Sugar Sweeten  ( Equal 1/2 Cup Sugar)

          2 Cups Self-raising flour          2 Eggs Beaten        

          1 Cup Low Fat Strawberry Yoghurt

          1 Punnet Strawberries Chopped

Preheat oven to 160c. Place muffin papers into a 12 muffin tray. Sift flour, baking powder, Cinnamon and Formula 1 into bowl. Add No Calorie Sweeten (equal 1/2 Cup sugar, amount varies on brand.) mix thoroughly, and make a well in the center.  In a separate bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients, and then add them to the dry mix, stir until absorbed, don't over mix. Spoon mix into muffin papers. Sprinkle tops with extra Oats.  Bake for 30-35 mins or until they spring back when touched.
